July 22nd We had a youth practice.
On this day, 2 students and 9 adults played in an ensemble.
When it comes to scales, hearing sounds has become natural!
At the beginning, I didn’t even notice that it was out of place, but when it’s out of place, I can see the expression in my eyes saying, ” Oh ,
aren’t you hooked?” I hope you can see the reaction! This is really amazing 😊 Well, the first half is from Glazunov! Since it’s a variation, it’s mostly 3 beats, so I’m doing one trick to capture 3 beats😆If you overdo it, it will be a bit strange, but the song will be lively, so this time I’ll go with this method Hey 😁 Well, in this practice, Vivaldi did it last, but the ensemble concerto is good! Even as a solo, it is moderately difficult, and Tutti knows how to enter and the importance of listening to the melody, but above all, the song is clear and cool! This time, for the last time, Mr. S, an adult, tried his first solo! I was always standing behind, but at the very end, I finally went solo! That’s just applause! There were some parts that were a little off, but when I did it again, it seemed like I understood it, and I was hooked 😁 This time, Vivaldi gave me a solo experience that I don’t usually do, and the usual “back 😅”.
For those who said, I was able to count and wait in the back and play from myself.
However, I think that I can play more spontaneously, so I would like to continue playing ensemble concertos in the future!
With that said, the ensemble this time has come to an end, so from the next time onwards, we’ll be singing
“Holberg Suite!” is! Let’s do our best! Well , the next youth practice will be on August 5th at Taisei Elementary School .
